Delivery

It is our aim to deliver to you within 5 working days of the receipt of your order – based on standard delivery and dispatch times within the UK. Other delivery times are available on check-out and different delivery timings apply to other regions outside the UK. In the event that we are unable to achieve this and which will delay your delivery, we will email you with an expected delivery date or the option to cancel your order.

You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us. The item/s must be returned in the condition in which they were received – unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.

This is the only instance that Feefo can use your data and permission does not exist for Feefo to re-market to you. Your feedback will not be used by Sarah Boddy to re-market to you, unless you have specifically signed up to our mailing list.
